OFFICE MANAGER : NIKKI Hello, my name is Nikki. I am the front office manager for Dr. West. My husband Allen, and two teenage children Nick and Casey reside in Keenesburg, Co. As a family we enjoy the "country" way of life. This includes rodeo and hobby farming. I also surprise many people when I mention we have 21 dogs. Yes, you saw right 21!  As a hobby I raise and show Boston Terrier and Chihuahua dogs. I have been in the dental field for over 9 years. I will be eager to meet and help you with your insurance and billing questions. I pride myself on finding monies insurance should be allowing on your dental treatment or finding payment solutions that work to allow you the best dental treatment available.

HYGIENIST: RHONDA I was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana and moved to Colorado in 2001.  I     received my Dental Hygiene degree in 1993. I have three children and four grand- children. I enjoy outside sports, dancing, and concerts. My goal is to give my patients high quality and comprehensive hygiene care in a relaxed environment.

ASSISTANT: JANESSA                                                                   Hello, many people know me as Na Na in the office, my real name is Janessa. I'm a Colorado native. I have been a dental assistant for 7 years now, all of which have been with Dr. West, here in Lafayette. Although I love the ever changing field of dentistry, my true passion is my family.  I have two beautiful children, a daughter Macie and a son Maverick. I'm happily married to a wonderful husband, Jason. Any spare time I have is spent with friends and family.

ASSISTANT: JENNA Hi, I'm originally from southern California but have made Golden my home. I was a dental assistant for three years prior to joining Dr. West's team. My favorite part about working in the dental field is the opportunity to meet new people and help them maintain a healthy mouth and beautiful smile. I feel privledged to be working along side a doctor who provides such exceptional dentistry and with such a great team. I love to travel and most of my free time is spent with my family.
